Reservations are free!

Dear patrons! Like it was announced in the beginning of the year the new tariff is valid. Some things cost more now but we very much like to point out that it is now free to reserve alls kinds of material in the library. Doesn't matter if you have an email or telephone ... it is free!

When you reserve something, you get in a so-called line (if a copy is not available. When the item is returned it is scanned and at that moment you get an email from us ... or a phonecall is the email isn't available. But it is comfortable, right? To call and reserve, or do it online, and then just wait for the announcement.

Then the item is put in the particular day-shelf, you come to the library with the card that the item was reserved for, find the item in the shelf and borrow in the self-service machines. It is necessary to have the functional card from the person who did the reserving!

And remember - this is not valid for interlibrary loans.
