New books and the weather!

Dear patrons! Some might think it's cold outside, some might think it's a weather for short trousers (always the best weather here in Akureyri!) but there are not many things as cozy as sitting inside in the warmth and reading a good book when it's cold outside.

The new books and magazines are quick to escape into the hands of enthusiastic readers, but they don't always have to be new. And it is also always cozy to snuggle in the couch - maybe the whole family - and watch a good movie while the raindrops fall down in the cold weather.

Just remember: don't keep books, boardgames, magazines or any other library holdings in your car while your workday is passing, because it can be very bad for the material. Our library holdings are most comfortable in your company and warm embrace. And if the rain is active outside ... please remember bags over the library holdings so it doesn't get wet on the way here (or from here).
